Especially for someone that does tons of cooking, has a large family, and even for a restaurant staff Chef. It looks like it provides a really clean cut. Being made out of Stainless Steel means this product will easily last for years to come as long as you don’t neglect or abuse it, and leave it outside in bad weather. It looks a little funky, but getting twice the job done in half the time definitely would only leave the last laugh on people who don’t get their hands on one of these! I think about $40 USD is a reasonable price, as long as they stand behind their product and offer some sort of guarantee. It doesn’t look very sharp.. but it’s nice that they put the grips on it too for comfort and convenience.
