They look really durable too, so that’s a good deal. I’ve actually done a lot of research on hammocks in the past, and this one looks really nicely made. I like the nautical-grade line, that’s definitely a premium upgrade and design, as well as the aluminum wire used. Can you close it up and sleep in it like a cocoon? I like those, and am wondering about the thermal features on this as well, and if it’s designed per the material to help you retain heat. $60 is really fair too, I’ve seen others average about $120 so nice marketing there. The Urchinsky Kniper knife looks extraordinary, definitely a must-have and seems like it’d hold up to a lot – but what about sub-freezing temperatures? Because I see the snow in the image with it, and its definitely not cheap.
